2024/2025 ADMISSION PHYSICAL CLEARANCE EXERCISE
This is to inform all candidates offered provisional admission into the University of Ibadan for the 2024/2025 academic session that the Admission Physical Clearance exercise will run from Tuesday, 22 April to Friday, 25 April, 2025. Please note that you are to bring the following documents for the physical clearance:
- FORM B003 duly filled
- JAMB Admission Letter (Institutional Copy) color printed
- JAMB Result Slip
- O/Level Result Slip, A/Level (Cambridge), NCE, OND, HND, First Degree as it applies
- HND and University Degree Graduates are to present NYSC Certificate or Exemption Certificate
- Two (2) Reference Letters from reputable personalities (on letter-headed paper) addressed to the Registrar, University of Ibadan
- Birth Certificate
- Four (4) passport photographs
- A File and Tags.
Kindly come with the original and photocopies of your documents.
Physical Clearance is of utmost importance. Candidates should ENSURE that they are present at the designated venues on the day scheduled for them.
Letters of Certification of Admission will be issued to cleared students at the completion of Physical Clearance.
