Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has opened its online recruitment portal for eligible applicants seeking teaching and non-teaching roles in public secondary schools across the state. The portal will go live at midnight on Sunday, 27th April 2025, and remain open for two weeks, closing at midnight on Monday, 12th May 2025.
This was disclosed in a statement issued in Ado-Ekiti by the State's Commissioner for Information, Rt. Hon. Taiwo Olatunbosun. All interested candidates are to submit their applications via the official TESCOM portal at https://tescom.eksgapps.com. Applicants are required to fill out the online form and upload relevant documents, including passport photographs, valid means of identification, and academic credentials, the statement read.
According to the release, subject areas for recruitment under the teaching category include Mathematics, English Language/Literature-In-English, Civic Education, Social Studies, Yoruba, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics, Financial Accounting, Commerce, and Government.
Other disciplines include Christian Religious Studies, History, Geography, Guidance and Counselling, Basic Science, Business Studies, Computer Studies, Basic Technology, French, Physical and Health Education, Music, Home Economics, Fine Arts, Arabic Language, and Islamic Religious Knowledge.
For the non-teaching positions, vacancies exist for Secretariat Assistants, Laboratory Attendants, and Library Attendants.
