CONVOCATION CLEARANCE
FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE GRADUANDS
This is to inform the above category of students that convocation clearance process will commence on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, and will take place every Monday through Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
As part of the clearance process, you are required to make the following payments:
- Alumni fee: ₦10,000.00
- Convocation fee: ₦30,000.00
You are strongly advised to make these payments yourself. DO NOT make payment through a cyber café operator or any other third party. This is to ensure the security and integrity of the payment process.
All payments should be made at the bank or through the use of bank application and not USSD. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PAYMENT MADE USING USSD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.
To facilitate a smooth clearance process, please come along with the following documents:
1. Admission file issued at the point of entry
2. A copy of corrected and duly signed hard and soft copy of bonded project.
3. Admission letter
4. O' level and Degree Certificates
5. Valid means of Identification: School ID card, NIN, Drivers license and International Passport.
6. All payment receipts
7. E wallet print outs
Please note that clearance will only be done for students who have completed their payments and have all the required documents.
