Interested prospective collectors SHOULD forward the copies of the underlisted documents to the Registrar of the University as part of the requirements for collection:
Statement of Result (Original Copy);
Court Affidavit; and
Indemnity form (to be downloaded, filled and attached)
Data page of valid International Passport (for applicants in Diaspora)
Indemnity Letter, and Courier Service Charges
