The Directorate hereby informs you that students may request the correction of their level or change of study center through their portal. To initiate this process, students must log in to the portal, navigate to “Request for,” and select the appropriate option. Their request will be processed within 24 hours.
This eliminates the need for study centers to compile a list of such students. The student request will be treated promptly and efficiently.
