A committee comprising the University Administration, Unions, and the Government team will continue the meeting on Monday to resolve this issue.

The JAC Secretary revealed that the 20,000 Wage Award will be paid to members any moment from Monday next week. Based on these developments, JAC members are urged to exercise patience, and the planned strike action is put on hold for now as negotiations continue.

This decision comes as a relief to students who were facing the prospect of disruptions to their ongoing examinations.

Lapaitv, speaking with an insider learnt that the university administration has expressed optimism that the remaining issues will be resolved amicably through continued dialogue and negotiations with the state government.

The JAC leadership expressed hope that the ongoing negotiations will lead to a mutually beneficial agreement that prioritizes the well-being of the university staff and contributes to the overall progress and stability of the institution.
