I.All candidates of Lagos State Origin who chose Lagos State University as their First Choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and scored a minimum of 195 are hereby informed that the registration for Indigeneship Verification Exercise for the 2024/2025 Admission Exercise will commence on Monday, 1st July 2024 and close on Thursday, 1st August 2024.
The Verification Interview will run from Monday, 8th July 2024 to Monday, 1st August 2024.
II.Please NOTE that the Indigeneship Verification Exercise does not guarantee or serve as proof of admission into the Lagos State University.

GENERAL INFORMATION
i.Please NOTE that ONLY Candidates who are of Lagos State Origin are eligible for screening. Candidates in this category are expected to be CLEARED by the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC) BEFORE being considered for admission;
ii.The interview will hold at the following venues:
Ikeja Division: Sociology Classroom, opposite University Health Centre
Badagry Division: New TETFund Building, Faculty of Education
Ikorodu Division: Law Clinic, Faculty of Law
Lagos Division: International Business Class, MBA Building
Epe Division:
School of Transport
iii.Old applicants for 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 Academic Sessions that have not been offered admission will only Revalidate their Indigeneship Clearance Certificates online at lasu.edu.ng with payment; and
iv. All Direct Entry applicants who are of Lagos State Origin are to participate in this Indigeneship Verification Exercise before they can be considered for admission.
