NNAMDI AZIKIWE UNIVERSITY RELEASES APPLICATION FORM FOR PRE-SCIENCE PROGRAMME, 2023/2024 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the 2023/2024 Academic Session of the Pre-Science Programme at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. This programme provides an opportunity for candidates who are not eligible to obtain the post UTME form due to low JAMB scores or other reasons. The programme is designed to prepare candidates for the JAMB examination and admission into the university.

The minimum academic qualification required is five O' Level credits, which must include English, Mathematics, and any other three relevant science subjects in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB, obtained at not more than two sittings. Candidates must also satisfy the basic O' Level requirements for the department they seek admission into. For example, where Chemistry is a basic requirement, as in the case of Medicine, candidates must satisfy that requirement at O' Level. This is to ensure that candidates have a solid foundation in the relevant subjects.

Candidates eligible to apply for the UNIZIK Pre-Science form must meet the minimum qualification of five O' Level credits, including English, Mathematics, and any other three relevant science subjects in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB, obtained at not more than two sittings. This is to ensure that candidates have a solid foundation in the relevant subjects.

To apply for UNIZIK Pre-Degree admission, follow these steps:

- Visit the portal: myedu.unizik.edu.ng
- Log in to the UNIZIK website
- Click on "generate invoice"
- Proceed to the bank for payment
- After payment, log in and click on "Pre-Science"
- Fill in the application form
- Enter your Remita number and complete registration
- Submit, print, and proceed to the Pre-Science office for documentation and payment of fees and accommodation. Candidates are advised to follow the procedures carefully to avoid any errors or delays.

Note that the deadline to apply for the UNIZIK Pre-science form was not specified, and the form can be purchased at any bank nationwide for N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only. Candidates are advised to take advantage of this opportunity to prepare themselves for the JAMB examination and admission into the university.
