SCREENING OF STUDENTS WHO ARE IN THE PENULTIMATE YEAR OF THEIR
ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES
Please be informed that screening of students who are in the above named category will commence
on Monday 10th June, 2024 and will end on Friday 21st June, 2024.
In view of this, you are requested to inform all members of the Faculty Screening Committee in
your respective faculty early enough and make available a comfortable venue for the exercise.
You may wish to further advise your students to abide by the directives outlined in the attached
notice, as excuses would not be entertained by the Admissions Screening Committee. There is the
need to paste on your notice boards, the list of all affected final yearstudents who had been screened,
but not cleared, including their screening status.
Please note that only photocopies of students’ certificates are to be submitted to the screening
committee, and where it is considered necessary to collect the original certificate from students,
such original certificate should be properly documented and well-kept by the admission office.
